Physostegia correllii

A rare plant, once found in wetland habitats from Mexico to Louisiana, now only found in Mexico & 3-4 sites in the USA. Purple blooms on 3-7' in early summer. Spreads via rhizomes. Grows in moist areas, can be used emergent in ponds.
