Compact, narrow cultivar of the Southern Magnolia retaining large, fragrant white blooms & attractive rust leaf undersides, plus lush evergreen foliage. Best in deep soils, amend with compost when planting, mulch deeply, may require iron supplementation especially west of I 35 corridor. Best in deep soils in areas with regular irrigation.
